Tenants seeking large 'floor plates' as buildings remain vacant in city centre

The vacant office space on Lapps Quay in the city is seen as out of date already. That's according to property experts who say that tenants are now looking for wide open plan spaces know as large "floor plates". City Quarter is a modern development which was built in 2007 and it's close to the city's main shopping and business districts - however despite that it has remained vacant since the Irish Examiner's move to Blackpool nearly two years ago.
