Pickets will be mounted at the nine Tesco stores across Cork on Monday in the row over pay and conditions 

Mandate says Tesco has the capacity to prevent the strike by withdrawing their threat to cut workers' wages without agreement or by attending the Labour Court for a hearing on the matters in dispute.

Mandate Divisional Organiser in Cork Lorraine O'Brien told RedFM News that their members feel they are being pressurised into leaving the business:
