The Body Of A Man In His 60s Was Recovered From The River Lee In The City Centre Yesterday
It's after a car was seen entering the river in the afternoon
Members of the Crosshaven Coast Guard, navy divers, and An Garda Síochána lead a multi-agency search for the vehicle, after it was seen entering the water near the Port of Cork.
The man's body was recovered deceased in the water shortly after 5pm, and a file will be prepared for the Coroner's Court.
