The Irish Blood Transfusion Service Have Paid Tribute To The Donors Who Turn Up At Their Cork Clinics

They've also issued an appeal for those interested in donating blood to do so
The Cork based Munster Regional Transfusion Service are operating a number of clinics in the City and County this week to boost supplies in the run up to the New Year.
A mobile clinic will operate from the Garryvoe Hotel this afternoon from noon to 3:30pm.
Demand for blood does not decrease during December, however donations drop off at this time of the year.
Speaking to RedFM News, Maureen Gill-Emerson from the Munster Regional Transfusion Service says new donors are always welcome.
