The Irish Naval Service detain French fishing trawler off Coast of Mizen Head

The Irish Naval Service have detained a French fishing trawler off the Coast of Mizen Head.
It's in relation to alleged breaches of fishing regulation and is the fifth vessel detained by the Naval Service since the start of the year.
The crew of the LÉ Ciara found the fishing vessel 120 nautical miles South West of Mizen Head late on Tuesday night and are escorting it to Castletownbere, were it will be handed over to the Gardaí on arrival.
