The body of Paul Sheehan was discovered on Wandesford Quay off Washington Street
Paul's brother Gerard spoke out today about his death and says Paul was a gentle soul who battled alcoholism for 23 years.
Gerard says he had a family who loved and helped him and were willing to put him up but his addiction was so strong that he would choose to sleep rough so he could drink alone.
