The N40 Eastbound Was Closed For A Time Late Yesterday Evening
It follows a multi-vehicle crash close to the Bloomfield interchange
Emergency services, including the ambulance service and 3 unites of the Cork City Fire Brigade were called to the scene on the South Ring Road shortly before 9pm.
The road was reopened some time later, with no reports of any serious injuries.
It follows an unfortunate week on Cork roads, after 4 fatalities, including the death of 16-year-old Kimberly O'Connor.
