The number of people employed at the city's newest office complex is set to top 1,600
Cork based developers JCD Group today announced plans to create a further 500 jobs at Penrose Dock.
18 companies currently occupy the 250,000 square feet of space at Penrose One and Two with over 90% of the floorspace already let, despite the challenges posed by Covid.
The building close to Kent Station was recently named the Best Overall Building of the Year at the National Building and Architecture of the Year Awards.
