The Rate At Which House Prices Go Up Across The Country Has Flatlined
Today's report by MyHome.ie and Davy, shows house price inflation is only at 0.72% nationally.
In Cork City prices declined by almost 2% while inflation in Dublin is at zero year-on-year.
Chief Economist at Davy, Conall MacCoille says buyers and sellers are waiting until the uncertainty around Brexit is resolved:
