Mercy University Hospital has secured an interim injunction from the High Court restraining any sharing, processing, selling or
publishing of private MUH data stolen from its IT systems.
The hospital continues to maintain essential patient services today and in a statement to RedFM news say they are working with the
HSE on restoring its IT systems.
The hospital is also claiming for damages.

Two Gardaí are being treated in hospital after being shot in west Dublin.
It happened in Whitechapel Grove in Blanchardstown last night.
The officers were struck in the hand and leg - injuries which are said to be non-life threatening.
The incident led to a standoff and there was a media blackout for several hours.
One man was arrested and is being held at Blanchardstown Garda Station.

Cork fishermen have organised a flotilla to gather at Roches Point and make their way up the river to the city in an effort
to highlight what they say is the "erosion" of the fishing industry
Fishermen say they have seen 20% of their earnings wiped out and say they are slowly watching the shrinking of Ireland's fishing fleets.
The flotilla is due to arrive at Horgan's Quay around 9am and once then they will walk with their families to the Taoiseach's offce in Turners Cross to hand deliver a letter outlining the plight of their industry

Failte Ireland guidelines for the resumption of hospitality are expected to be approved later today.
The proposals had been expected yesterday, but were held-up at the Department of Taoiseach for further "observation".
A 105 minute limit on indoor visits and a cap of 6 per booking are set to be included.
