The voting for the next leader of Fine Gael has commenced

A number of constituencies across the country will vote this evening, with the rest doing so over the next few days
The Housing Minister says he's making progress on getting members of Fine Gael to change their minds and back him in the leadership race.
However Leo Varadkar supporters are playing down the likelihood of parliamentary party members reneging on their promises and voting for Simon Coveney.
MEP for the South constituency Deirdre Clune says Simon Coveney has proven himself throughout the hustings and shouldn't be underestimated.
