Theft of historical road signs in Kinsale

It's believed these signs which date back to the 1960's are being stolen and sold in the US Market

Concern has been expressed about the theft of historical signs from a West Cork town.

It's emerged that at least three Battle of Kinsale signs dating back to the 1960's have been stolen from the town in recent weeks.

It's feared the signs are being stolen for sale on the US market.

Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Dermot Ryan of the Kinsale History Society says they are worried more signs will go missing.
