Thousands expected at Jobs Expo in Cork

A number of businesses are expected to hire on the spot at a major jobs fair taking place in Cork today. Jobs Expo is returning Leeside once again this year and is running until 6pm this evening. Today’s event will offer information on jobs at home and abroad with a particular focus on education, with stands from colleges and course providers from across the country. AUDIO: Speaking to RedFM News event co-ordinator Alastair Donaldson says although many people will be inquiring about jobs abroad more and more people are trying to find employment at home.
