Thousands of French people sign up as police reservists

Thousands of French people have signed up to become reservists following recent terror attacks in Nice and Normandy.
Authorities have announced plans to deploy 23-and-a-half thousand police officers and military personnel this summer to help keep people safe.
Meanwhile, the French President is meeting faith groups today in a bid to ease tensions - after a priest was stabbed during mass in Normandy yesterday.
Amanullah De Sondy is a Senior Lecturer of Contemporary Islam at University College Cork.
He says the decision by President Hollande to meet with faith groups is important.
