Three Cork properties up for sale by City Council

Three seperate properties at Parnell Place and Deane Street in Cork city are being placed on the market by the City Council
The City Council says the acquisition and consolidation of these three properties as a single development opportunity will ensure that a high quality development will be established.
The properties at Parnell Place were acquired by the City Council nearly three years ago from NAMA to help promote economic development and to facilitate the renewal of strategic City Centre listed buildings which are currently in a derelict and dilapidated condition.
The Council says their redevelopment for commercial purposes will bring additional diversity to the city along with economic activity that will underpin the Parnell Place precinct as the western end of the City Harbour District.
