Tim O'Brien begins his cycle to Leinster House

A Cork father has begun his cycle to Dublin in his bid to get a medical card for his 2-year old daughter who has Down's Syndrome. Tim O'Brien handed letters into the offices of a number of locals TDs earlier and he's hoping to hand the letter into Leinster House tomorrow afternoon. Lucy was given a medical card due to her need for regular treatments but the support was withdrawn from her in May.
