Toddler Who Died Tragically In Spain Has Been Named Locally
3 year-old Avery James Greene, passed away in hospital on Tuesday.
3 year-old Avery James Greene, passed away in hospital today after being discovered in the pool of an apartment complex near Alicante on Monday morning.
It's believed he wandered off after eating breakfast and slipped into the pool
The Greene family is originally from Cork city but now live in Mallow and the little boy is the youngest in the family of three
His grandparents run the popular Beer Garden pub in Turners Cross
The Department of Foreign Affairs and the Irish Embassy in Madrid is assisting the family at this time.
