Tributes Paid To Irish Coastguard Who Died On Duty

The Taoiseach has led tributes to a member of the Irish Coastguard who died after her boat capsized off the Clare coast.
Mother of two Caitriona Lucas - who was a volunteer with the Doolin Coast Guard - died when the Rib from Kilkee overturned during a search for a missing man.
Two other crew members - a man and a woman - were airlifted to safety and are understood to be in a stable condition in University Hospital Limerick.
