Tributes pouring in for Overtones singer and Cork native Tim Mately
The 36 year old from Farranree has died after what's believed to have been a fall from a balcony in London.
He joined the Overtones in 2010 where he enjoyed great success with the group scoring four top 10 albums in the UK.
His fellow band mates have expressed their sadness following his loss while tributes have also been pouring in from fans with one coming from TV presenter Philip Schofield who sent well wishes to the band and Tim's friend's and family.
Alan Donovan of Green on Red here on Cork's RedFM says he was very proud to be from Cork.
