Two Men Arrested In Louth Following Seizure Of Pipe Bombs, Firearms And Drugs
A number of homes in the area had to be evacuated as the army bomb disposal unit safely removed two improvised explosive devices
The two men were arrested after two pipe bombs, gun powder and a large quantity of firearms ammunition were seized at a house in Drogheda, Co. Louth last night - along with a quantity of cocaine and tablets.
One of the arrested men is in his early 40s and the other is in his mid 50s.
