UCC lecturer's case back before high court
Dr. Joan Buckley took legal action against the college.
The case of a UCC lecturer who’s trying to put a stop to a round of interviews for ten professorial positions will be back before the High Court this morning.
Dr. Joan Buckley, who is the head of its Management and Marketing department, took legal action after she failed to make the shortlist.
