UPDATE - Talks have taken place regarding 202 bus route

Talks have taken place between locals from Mahon, the National Transport Authority and Bus Eireann regarding the 202 bus route.
Locals called for the re-instatement of all the stops on the bus route, saying the change has left Skehard Road under serviced.
Bus Eireann said they were unable to fully reinstate the route but have come up with a compromise which would see a terminus located on Skehard Road and 6 buses per hour travelling the route.
The proposals will be put before a a public meeting on Thursday evening, before a follow up meeting with Bus Eireann on Friday.
Speaking to RedFM News Sinn Fein Cllr Chris O' Leary has ruled out any more protests until the matter has been discussed at the public meeting:
