US court denies the White House's appeal on re-instating President Trump's travel ban

Officials at the White House have a deadline of tomorrow to reply to this latest ruling
A US court has rejected an attempt by the U.S. government to immediately re-instate President Trump's travel ban that has been suspended.
President Donald Trump appealed the decision after a judge temporarily blocked his executive order that puts restrictions on people from seven Muslim majority countries from going to America.
The President has described the judges ruling as a "terrible decision" - and has said very bad and dangerous people may be pouring into the country as a result.
U.S commentator Charlie Wolf believes it's a direct assault on the office of the president.
