Usher faces emergency custody hearing
Usher's facing an emergency custody hearing after one of his sons nearly died in a pool at his home. The singer's ex-wife is seeking temporary custody of their two children. Court papers claim the five-year old was left unsupervised, and got stuck in a drain. A contractor working at the house pulled him from the pool and gave him mouth-to-mouth.
