Varadkar says people could return to the office in August
The Tanaiste thinks people could go back to the office in August, which is a month earlier than planned.
Leo Varadkar wants to see office workers settled into their new routine before the rush of school and college returns.
He plans to ask NPHET to consider the proposal.
Professor of Immunovirology at UCC, Liam Fanning, thinks it’s a realistic plan.
"I think it's very merited - I think anyone who's vaccinated at the moment should be able to return to work."
