The judge will charge the jury today in Ian Bailey's court action for alleged wrongful arrest on suspicion of killing Sophie Toscan du Plantier. Ian Bailey's taking the case against the State and Garda authorities, both of which deny the allegations. Both sides presented their closing arguments to the jury late last week, after 63 days of hearings.
