Weather curtails Baltimore search

21-year-old Barry Davis Ryan is still missing.
Diving crews in Baltimore are expected to return for the evening after their current search for missing local Barry Davis Ryan due to wind conditions.
The 21-year-old went missing after trying to save his girlfriend Niamh O'Connor who was swept into the sea by a rogue wave.
The incident claimed the life of his father Barry Ryan, a senior executive of retail clothing branch Penney's.
His body and that of Niamh, also an employee of Penney's in a city centre branch, were recovered yesterday evening.
Penney's have released a statement to say their thoughts are with the families.
Meanwhile it's been a long a day for search crews in Baltimore, many of whom have headed back out to the mouth of Baltimore harbour in the past hour.
Speaking to RedFM News John Kearney of the West Cork Underwater Search and Rescue Unit says there are up to 50 members searching at the scene at sea while the land search is also extensive.
