Weather warning issued for sleet and snow
A status yellow weather warning has been issued for tomorrow.
Very cold wintery weather will develop from Wednesday night onwards with showers turning to sleet or snow in many places.
The heaviest snow fall is expected to fall over Ulster, Connacht, North Leinster and West Munster, particularly on high ground.
The weather warning will remain in place until Saturday.
