West Cork RNLI Rescue Stranded Vessel During Storm Hannah

The crew went out and managed to tow the boat to safety in difficult conditions

An RNLI Lifeboat was launched in West Cork yesterday evening to assist a fishing vessel which was stranded without power as Storm Hannah swept towards the coast. 
 
Paul Stevens from Castletownbere Lifeboat says sea conditions were severe, but the crew managed to take the vessel under tow and bring it safely to shore.
