Wilton Residents To Meet This Week To Discuss Wilton Road Redevelopment

Wilton Residents are to meet this week to discuss plans to redevelop the Wilton Road.
Plans to add two cycle lanes and two lanes to the road have been criticised by residents who are concerned that they will lose part of their front gardens if the plans goes ahead.
Residents have also raised concerns about pollution in the area and say the move will impact on quality of life and house prices.
City Hall says additional land will be required for the project and say landowners will be advised before the public consultation process begins
However Speaking to RedFM News, John Leahy from the Wilton Residents Association says locals are not in favour of the plan
