Woman Arrested In Bandon Following The Seizure of Cannabis Herb
The arrest was made at a Garda checkpoint at Coolfada last night
Gardaí in Bandon have arrested a woman following the seizure of approximately €1000 worth of cannabis herb
The arrest came as gardai were manning a checkpoint in Coolfada, Bandon at approximately 9 o'clock last night
The woman in her late 40s was stopped by Gardaí and following a search of her vehicle a quantity of suspected cannabis herb was discovered
She was arrested and taken to Bandon Garda Station for questioniing and has since been released.
A file will be prepared for the DPP.
