Work To Commence On Navigation Square Development

Demolition work is to get underway at the site of the new €90 million Navigation Square office development.
The development at Albert Quay will be a 310,000 square foot complex located between The Sextant and The Idle Hour pubs.
Once it's completed the development will be capable of hosting 3,000 employees and will create 350 construction jobs.
Construction at Navigation Square begins in the coming weeks and will continue until Christmas 2018 when Block A will be completed.
