Xfactor Producers Convinced Melanie McCabe To Audition
Axed 'X Factor' wannabe Melanie McCabe has revealed producers rang her up and convinced her to go on the show. The 20-year-old had decided against appearing on the show for a fourth time this year after singing for producers in a preliminary audition, before performing for the judges, but after making her decision show bosses called her and begged her to reconsider, telling her it would be "her year". Melanie went on to progress to the Judges' Houses stage of the competition before she was axed by Nicole Scherzinger, who is mentoring the Girls category.
