Yellow Weather Alert In Operation Across Cork
Care Advised On All Secondary Routes
Care is being advised on the roads this morning particulary on secondary routes around the county
A Yellow weather alert is in operation across Cork with icy road conditions reported in Fermoy and Mitchelstown, Bandon and Clonakilty, Macroom and the county bounds.
More snow showers are expected today - especially in the West and Northwest of the country and these weather warnings in place for both snow and ice until six this evening.
Drivers are warned to watch out for dangerous conditions on the roads.
But Met Eireann forecaster Evelyn Cusack says it won't last long:
