Northwest winds will occasionally reach gale force 8 this evening and tonight on Irish Coastal Waters from Roches Point to Rossan Point to Howth Head
Forecasters expect an overcast, wet and windy start to Saturday but the weather will improve on Sunday with good sunny spells in the afternoon
The wind warning is valid from 9pm tonight until 2pm on Saturday
