Cork Simon Says If Anyone Needs A Bed There Is One Available

The charity says they are continuing to run their night service and their takeaway soup run on Anderson's Quay

The Dublin based Peter McVerry Trust say they have 50 clients in isolation while Cork Simon says while they do have a small number of people self isolating they have moved to reassure all service users that anyone that needs a room to self isolate they have been identified and are available to them 

Figures for the Department of Housing issued at the start of the week show that Cork had the second highest number of people in emergency accommodation at 418 in February
