Here's a reminder of today's Covid headlines

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre was unable to collate today's covid figures because of the "significant disruption" being felt across the Health System since yesterday's cyber attack.

Walk-In Testing Centres are still operational this weekend despite thecyber attack.

Anyone who has symptoms of Covid, or has been identified as a close contact, can still attend walk-in testing.

The North Lee Test Centre is open from 9 to 7pm today, from half past 10 to 5 o'clock tomorrow, and from 8:30 to 7 on Monday.

The Dunmanway Centre is open 9 to 5 today but closed tomorrow.

Portugal Announces it will admit tourists from most European countries from Monday.

Travellers from EU countries with virus rates below 500 cases per 100,000 population can visit Portugal, including for non-essential visits. 

On Thursday, Ireland's 14-day incidence rate stood at 129.3 per 100,000 people.

WHO says people could make "inappropriate decisions" if they rely on results of antigen tests.

The tests, which recently went on sale in Lidl, get a result quicker - but aren't as accurate as other types such as PCR.

The Chief Medical Officer has strongly recommended against people buying and using antigen tests themselves.

Dr Margaret Harris from the WHO says people could get false reassurance from the result.
