Employers are being urged to be flexible in allowing employees the time to go to their vaccine appointments.

It's emerged that some businesses are forcing workers to take annual leave or unpaid leave if their appointment is scheduled during working hours.

It's hoped new flexible storage conditions for the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine will help logistical challenges.

The EMA say the jab can now be stored at normal fridge temperature for up to 31 days, up from its previous five day limit.
