AUDIO: Senior Hurling Championship Post Match Reaction
The opening weekend of fixtures threw up some big results in the Senior Hurling Championship.
Newly promoted Bandon got a late win against Muskerry, Carbery overcame a much fancied Avondhu outfit, while CIT beat Douglas in a close encounter at Pairc Ui Rinn.
Ballyhea and Newcestown must meet again after playing out a draw in Coachford, while County Champions Glen Rovers got off to a strong start beating Bride Rovers on Saturday night.
