Last weekend during an interview with Cork Captain Paul Kerrigan we touched on the "paralysis by analysis" theory in relation to sporting performance.
It was put to the Nemo Rangers clubman that their second half performance was a "shackles off" approach to the contest and we questioned if the flair of the modern Footballer is hindered by strict guidance coming from the in-depth analysis done on the game.
This trail of thought lent well to a chat with Gaelic Games Journalist Michael Moynihan who is behind a new documentary airing on Documentary from this Monday.
