Big Red Bench Extra - 2 Screen Experience
In a new venture Cork’s RED FM taps into the digital presence of Sports Fans during major sporting fixtures.
On Sunday May 22nd Cork play Tipperary in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Quarter Final at Semple Stadium, and we’re offering an online product that will complement our on air content, engaging the online community via social media.
Two time All Ireland winner with Cork Tom Kenny will be with us at Corks Red FM Studios as our expert pundit for the highly anticipated Championship opener.
We’ll be offering his analysis via Facebook Live videos at half time and full time, discussing all the major talking points from the game.
Tom will also be sharing his thoughts during the game via @CorksRedFM and @BigRedBench on Twitter, again engaging followers and joining/creating debate on whatever has the GAA audience talking.
It’s business as usual for the on air side of things, Mark Dinan will be providing live match updates on air throughout the afternoon from Semple Stadium, while The Big Red Bench live from 6pm will include Tom Kenny on analysis and all the post-match reaction from the Cork Camp.
Followers are invited to put their questions to Tom through Facebook.com/corksredfm or @bigredbench on Twitter
