Deja Vu All Over Again - McGregor and Aldo

It took him a while, but Jose Aldo Jr finally snapped. Conor McGregor has been getting under his skin, slowly but surely over the course of their 10 city 12 day press tour, which finally comes to a close in Dublin today. The pair meet at UFC 189 in July, so Dana White thought it would be a good idea to send the two of them on a mammoth press tour to promote the fight. And slowly but surely it's turned into Groundhog Day. A different city, the same shit. McGregor is cocky. Aldo is calm, collected. The pair face off, with Aldo looking ever more bored with each one. Even McGregor looks like he's done. It's gotten boring at this stage. The UFC Embedded videos meanwhile struggle to fill time, so we get shots of McGregor ordering food, Aldo playing pool, McGregor drinking coffee, Aldo having a lie in. Riveting. However the latest video is slightly different. As the bandwagon rolls in to Toronto, the pair are set to appear on yet another TV show together. Some producer thinks it's a good idea to have McGregor sit behind Aldo. And the Notorious is delighted. "What you gonna do?" he laughs into the Brazilian's face. And then he squeezes Aldo's neck. And with that, Aldo finally snaps and he squares up to McGregor. Dana White breaks it up before anything else happens and pushes Aldo away, while McGrgeor sits there, laughing his ass off. It's a telling moment - the Dubliner has spent the last week and a half antagonising the champion, and it looks like he's finally gotten under his skin. You can watch the entire incident here, it happens at the 2.10 mark. The atmosphere when the pair face off in Dublin today should be absolutely electric - it's due to happen at 7pm (ish).
