GAA confirm new match day regulations

The GAA have issued a number of regulations for club fixtures during the Covid-19 emergency.
These include:
-A max of 24 players allowed within the pitch enclosure duuring the game
-Max of 5 team officials in football, 7 in hurling (to include two maor camán)
-Each team to be allocated a side of the pitch
-Ball boys not permitted
-Water breaks to take place between the 15th and 20th minute of each half, to last no longer than a minute, players to drink from their own clearly marked bottle
-That time to be added at the end of each half as part of additional time
-Subs not allowed a kick/puck around at H/T
-No handshakes before or after games
-No spitting or nose clearing
-Team huddles only allowed where social distancing is observed
-Interaction with opponents & match officials should be kept to a minimum after the match
