The Cork Senior Hurlers continue their League Final preparations by welcoming back All Ireland champions Kilkenny to Pairc ui Rinn this Saturday evening for a Friends of Jamie Wall Fundraiser.
Kilbrittain's Jamie Wall, a Cork Minor and Under 21 Star made the step up to the Intermediate Grade last year, contributing to their Munster Championship Win over Tipperary at the end of June last year, but when the squad list came out for the All Ireland series, the young hurler was on the injured list, having picked up an infection and an abscess on his spine which led to paralysis from the waist down.
We've spoken to Jamie about his journey of rehab since then, the work of the "Friends of Jamie Wall" fundraising intitiative, and Saturdays clash of Cork and Kilkenny at Pairc Ui Rinn.
