INTERVIEW: Season Review with Division 2B UBL Champions Highfield RFC
Highfield were presented with the Ulster Bank League Division 2B trophy last weekend after a phenomenal season in which they claimed an impressive thirteen wins, one draw, and one single defeat. Unfortunately that loss came on the final day of their campaign, against local rivals Sundays Well who were fighting for promotion. We've paid a visit to Highfield RFC to review the season, hearing from Head Coach Tim Ryan, President Pat Scott, Club Chairman Cormac Mahoney, Youth's Chairman Holger Ertz and Director of Rugby Liam O' Donovan. Click PLAY above to hear our lengthy chat. Tune in to The Big Red Bench with Ruairi O'Hagan and Lisa Lawlor every Saturday and Sunday evening from 6pm.
