Ireland 14-46 New Zealand

New Zealand outclassed Ireland in their Rugby World Cup quarter final in Joe Schmidt's final game in charge.

The All Blacks capitalised on Ireland's mistakes time and time again as they ran in 7 tries in a stunning performance that sets up a semi final with England.

Tries from Aaron Smith (2), Beauden Barrett, Codie Taylor, Matt Todd, George Bridge and Jordie Barrett secured the win, with Ireland's response coming from a Jacob Stockdale touch down and a penalty try.

It was Rory Best's final game in a green shirt, the Ulster hooker bowing out from international duty after 124 caps.

New Zealand will face England next Saturday in Yokohama at 9am Irish time - England were 40 points to 16 winners over Australia in today's other semi final.
