Trailing 2-nil from the first leg and deprived of ten first team players, Manchester United conspired to still reach the Champions League quarter finals last night.
Marcus Rashford scored a stoppage-time penalty following a V-A-R review to seal a 3-1 victory for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side in France - with them advancing on away goals after a 3-all draw on aggregate.
Until last night, no side in Champions League history had lost 2-nil at home and still won a knockout tie.
Manchester United join Ajax, Porto, and Tottenham Hotspur as the guaranteed sides in next week's quarter final draw.
