Cork's RedFM will once sponsor the Senior Hurling League for 2013 and the launch of this year's league was held at Sarsfields GAA club on Thursday night. The League gets underway on the weekend of March 10th, beginning with a double-header in Páirc Uí Rinn on Friday March 8th, as Bishopstown play Blackrock at 6.30pm and Erin's Own meet Glen Rovers at 8pm. Clubs involved this year are Ballinhassig, Ballymartle, Bishopstown, Blackrock, Bride Rovers, Carrigtwohill, Courcey Rovers, Douglas, Erins Own, Glen Rovers, Killeagh, Midleton, Na Piarsaigh, Newtownshandrum, Sarsfields & St Finbarrs. Cork intercounty stars Patrick Horgan and Christopher Joyce were at the launch, they spoke to Joe about the win over Tipperary, the upcoming games and the hopes for their clubs this year.
