The Hula Hoops National Cup Semi Finals come to Cork this weekend.
The 20-game series features 10 competitions and gets under way tonight when C&S UCC Demons continue the defence of their title, facing GCD Swords Thunder in a repeat of last years Men’s National Cup Semi-Final.

The Women’s National Cup takes centre stage on Saturday night with Team Montenotte Hotel facing Meteors in the last four.
