Reaction - Cork Under 21 Manager Pat Kenneally
It was disappointment for the Cork Under 21 Hurlers, as Clare ran out convincing winners in the Bord Gais Energy Munster Final at Cusack Park in Ennis last night. The hosts went 0-4 to 0-0 up inside six minutes, in a game that looked beyond the rebels reach with a half time deficit of thirteen points. Carrigalines Rob O’Shea top scored for Cork with 0-7, Castlelyons clubman Anthony Spillane netted the second half goal, while Shane O’Keeffe, Mark Sugrue and Killian McIntyre each added a point, where the final score saw Tony Kelly lift the title for Clare's three in a row at 1-28 to 1-13. Cork Manager Pat Kenneally gave RED FM Sport his reaction after the game, click PLAY above to hear the interview. Tune into Saturdays Big Red Bench from 6pm for more on this game, with reaction from Cork Selector Alan Browne.
